SK Fiber has developed a combination wedge and putter graphite shaft as an alternative or replacement to steel shafts.
Why would you want a graphite shaft for a wedge and putter? The stiffness, stability, and heavier weight match what you would expect with a steel shaft "wedge" flex or a straight, stepless putter shaft. The benefit to the heavier weight is thicker shaft walls, which are a natural vibration dampener and provide excellent feel and performance.
